According to Roadmaster, their # 117-3 base plates aren't a fit for LSI models of the 1992 Geo Metro.
However, the Blue Ox # BX3506 will fit your vehicle, so that's what I'd recommend. For a compatible tow bar, I'd recommend going with the # e47ZR etrailer brand SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox base plates. The tow bar includes the needed safety cables.
You'll also need a few other items to complete your flat towing system. For a wiring harness so the Metro's taillights work in tandem with those of the motorhome, I'd recommend a diode kit like part # RM-15267. For a supplemental braking system, use the # HM39494 Brake Buddy.
The installed base plate height is right at 13 inches. If the receiver height on your motorhome is more than 3 inches higher or lower, you'll need a high/low adapter to bring it within that range. I'll link to our selection of high/low adapters.
