I need a roof mounted roof rack for our 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser that will carry 2 bikes.

I have 2 different recommendations for a roof rack on your 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser depending on if you have a naked roof or raised rails on your FJ Cruiser.
Naked Roof
Aero Crossbars - # INXB130-138
Through Feet - # INXS250
Fit Kit - # INK580
Raised Rails
AirFlow2 Roof Rack - # MPG215
Then for a bike rack I recommend using 2 of the RockyMounts MountainTrail Roof Mounted Bike Carrier # RBC035. This is a fork mount bike rack so you'll need to remove your front wheels but in my experience that actually helps make loading your bikes easier. You can either toss your wheels into your vehicle or you can use a bike wheel carrier like part # TH98BV if you'd rather keep them outside of your vehicle.
