Without knowing your vehicle's year/make/model, we do carry chains that will fit a tire size 315/70-16. For the best set, I recommend the pewag All Square Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners - Square Link - Reversible # PWE2226S. These pewag chains come with adjustable cams that give you a better fit and tightness on your tires. Also, the pewag chains come with links that are only 5.6mm thick which will allow for greater internal wheel well clearance than some thicker chain models.

However, in order to confirm for sure that these chains are safe to use on your tires, I recommend consulting with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure there are no special instructions as far as tire chain fitment.
