I'm looking for a camper shell for my 2013 ford f-150 shortbed.. doesn't have the cargo management system, not looking to brake the bank either.

For your 2013 Ford F-150, we have just what you're looking for. We have the Bestop Supertop for Truck Collapsible Bed Cover # B76309. This camper shell is made of soft polyester and completely folds back exposing the bed for unrestricted access to the rear.
This camper also comes with a 3rd brake light kit so you can install on the rear bow. Also, all the windows and side panels are removable by simply unzipping them.
