2016 Colorado LT long bed extended cab with no factory tow package . Which hitchs retain the mounting for the spare tire support brace ?

I would be happy to help you. I have attached a picture of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13176 attached to a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado. You can see that the spare tire support brace is still attached on the bottom right side of picture. I have also linked the instructions for this hitch receiver as well.
All of the after market hitch receivers for the 2016 Colorado's require the removal of either the factory hitch or the cross member.
If you are looking for a wiring harness I recommend the Hopkins 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets w/ Mounting Bracket and Wiring item # HM40975-11998.
