Question:
Could you tell me how far it is center to center of the bolt holes on the steps? 3 round side step That I would need for my 2006 Chevy Ext. cab. Thanks

The Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars # 23-1685 is a 3" nerf bar (side step) that is confirmed to fit your 2006 Chevrolet Silverado with extended cab. This includes the hardware needed to mount this bar to your truck.
I went out to the warehouse to get the measurements for this nerf bar. It has an overall length of approx. 78". The front hole of the Nerf Bar to the center mounting hole is approx. 43". The center mounting hole to the back hole of the nerf bar is approx. 31". The front hole to the back hole is approx. 75"
