For the complete load stop kit you would also need to pick up the Replacement T-Bolt # HD-80122 and the Replacement Hand Knob for TracRac Ladder Rack Load Stops # TAKB-90004. This would give you (1) complete load stop for your TracOne. These all come in a quantity of 1, so you would just need to pick up the number of each part that you will need.
