Im looking to mount the older, square Thule bars to my daughters 2007 Honda CR-V. It looks like the older, square bar podiums are discontinued. Would the Inna foot system and podiums work with my older Thule bars? Thanks

Yes, that is exactly what you'll need to do. The Inno roof rack square bar system that fits your daughter's 2007 Honda CR-V uses the following parts:
46" Inno Square Bars - # INB117
Inno Feet - # INXP
Fit Kit - # INTR121
As long as your Thule square bars are at least 46" then they will fit just fine. If they are shorter then you'll want to get the whole roof rack system, and if they are longer you just want to make sure that they won't be sticking out past the side mirrors of the CR-V. Aside from those points you're good to go!
