I have a 2021 Toyota Tundra with a 5-1/2 foot bed with a hard Lomax tonneau that I want a ladder rack for, what should I get?

For your 2021 Toyota Tundra with a 5-1/2 foot bed and a Lomax hard tonneau cover part # AB1050039 you'd want the Adarac Pro Series part # A4001666 which is a confirmed fit and can fit with your tonneau cover as it installs through the top of the bed rails and since it has vertical uprights it would not interfere with a tonneau folding up.
