The Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch, part # 75579 is a fit for the 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. The Curt Class II hitch, part # 12264 and the Curt Class III hitch, part # 13364 also fit a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan.
Since a Class III has the more common 2 inch receiver opening, and the Draw-Tite Class III is a bit less expensive than its Curt counterpart, I'd recommend the Draw-Tite model.
For a plug-and-play wiring application for your 2009 Dodge Caravan, use # 118552. To complete your towing set-up, you'd also need a ball mount like # 2753 and a trailer ball like # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
