Will this mount RVS-1416, attach to a Furrion 7inch monitor that usually has a ball at the end of their mount?

Though I may have another option available, the Rear View Safety Flexible Monitor Mount # RVS-1416 will only work with RVS monitors. This is due to RVS having a proprietary mounting system that is not compatible with other brands.
With that said, you may be able to adapt the Voyager Universal Monitor Mount - 6" Tall # VOSHD6MNT to work with your Furrion monitor. This will take some serious customization though.
We do also have the direct replacement Replacement Suction Cup Mount # FR79SR available as well, but it will not be adjustable. It also may be easier to use this as the part to adapt to the # VOSHD6MNT. That you will not need to drill into the back of the monitor or anything like that.
