We do not have an adapter to use your 5th wheel hitch with the gooseneck trailer hitch already installed but you do have some options.
First, you could use a 5th wheel trailer to gooseneck adapter. There are a few options for adapters. The best and safest connection would be to use a Goose Box adapter. The Goose Boxes will only fit certain trailer pin boxes. You will need to look at the sticker or plate on the trailer pin box to determine the manufacture and model number.
If you have a Lippert 0719, 1621, or 1621HD or Fabex PB-600 Series pin box then you can use Goose Box # RP85FR. Or if you have a Lippert 0115, 1116, or 1716 pin box you would use Goose Box # RP94716-61301.
Another adapter option is the Andersen Ranch Hitch # AM3100. I have linked a video showing how it works. I also recommend safety chains # AM3109 if you go with this adapter.
And finally, you could uninstall the gooseneck hitch and get a compatible 5th wheel installation kit for your truck. We do not carry the hitches or installation kits that match your hitch but you could probably find one. The draw back is that you would lose the gooseneck hitch.
