What is the difference between the Air Lift 5000 Ultimate and the regular Air Lift 5000 system? Which do you recommend for my 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty?

That would be the jounce bumpers. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle, part # AL35FJ, not only help keep your vehicle level under heavy loads, but the jounce bumpers will keep your vehicle's suspension from bottoming out while you are driving. They will even work if your Air Lift bags fail. The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate will provide you with 5,000 lb capacity, but keep in mind they will not increase the amount of weight you can carry in your vehicle. What they will do is protect your suspension, keep your vehicle level front to back, and compensate for uneven loads. This will make you ride safer, help keep your brakes from wearing unevenly, and improve steering performance of your vehicle.
If you are going to go with an Air Lift system you should also add an onboard air compressor. The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - EZ Mount, part # AL74000EZ. You can adjust the air springs from inside your truck once the mobile app is installed on your phone. This compressor can adjust the pressure in each air spring individually. It has an EZ mount system that allows for a no drill installation.
