What is the spacing between the holes center to center in the channel and HOW WIDE ARE THE HOLES

For the dimensions you need, the spacing of the opening between the arms of the # DM05593-97 is 2 inches. As far as the width of the holes, Demco unfortunately does not have the exact diameter. However, they did say that the holes were designed to use a 5/8mm bolt.
I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows the measurement of the spacing you need.
