Question:
My bed cover is a Paregon so Im wondering if this will interfere with it. I really like the cover and dont want to change. I would likely use this for holding a few tools in a totes along with all the extra clothes and things my wife thinks she might need. Im figuring about 500-800 lbs. Maybe a folding 6 foot ladder.

The total height of the BedSlide Classic Sliding Truck Bed Tray # BE37ER from the bed of your 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 to the top of the rails of the tray measures 10-1/2". As long as your Peragon tonneau cover allows for something that tall to be in the bed then I see no other potential issues that you'd need to look out for.
If this sits too high and you're looking for a way to move cargo around in your truck bed you might be interested in the Access EZ-Retriever # A50710 which can help keep cargo from sliding around during transit, but also doubles as a telescoping arm that you can use to reach cargo up towards the front of your truck bed.
