Hi there, can you please recommend a front mount and rear mount and snow plow for a Ford E-250 Super Duty Thanks

For a front receiver, I'd recommend the Curt # 31053.

For a rear hitch, if the vehicle is a van, and not an RV/Bus/Ambulance mounted to an E250 Cutaway Van chassis, I'd go with the Curt Class IV hitch, part # 14055. If you have a cutaway chassis, let me know and I'd be happy to make a recommendation.

For a plow, the Detail K2 82 x 19 plow you'd looked at, part # K2AVAL8219 would be a great choice. The plow provides an electric winch to raise and lower the blade, which can be controlled using a wireless remote from inside the vehicle cab.

Because the plow will block the headlights, you'll also want to consider a headlight kit like part # K281488LB2.
