The CIPA Custom Towing Mirror, # 10300 will fit factory mirrors that look like the mirror in the attached image.
My recommendation of towing mirrors for your 2013 Ford Expedition is the K-Source Clip on Towing Mirrors, # KS3891-2. These are a universal mount mirrors, and as long as the mirror glass is recessed a bit into the mirror housing, the ratcheting rubber straps will cinch the mirror tightly to your mirror housing.
