I have a solution for you. I reached out to Superwinch, and they confirmed that they stopped producing custom-fit winch plates for ATVs. Unfortunately, they do not carry a specific fit for your 2021 Polaris Sportsman 570 to fit the Superwinch Terra Series ATV Winch - Synthetic Rope # SW1135230 (or any other ATV hitch).

With that information, there are a couple options. You can purchase and customize a compatible winch plate that fits other ATVs like the Superwinch Custom-Fit ATV Winch Mounting Kit # SW2202920, or you can customize a mounting plate yourself.

Since all years of Polaris models are different, your particular installation may vary. However, the general modifications you will need to do is cutting an opening in your grill of your ATV and drilling the bolt holes to mount the plate to the ATV.
