Do you have a tool box that fits my 2022 Ford F-250 that doesn't go above my bed rails? I have a tonneau cover that needs to fit over it.

For your 2022 Ford F-250 we have the UWS tool box part # UWS01048 for a black box or the part # UWS01040 for bright aluminum that are a confirmed fit and are shorter than the bed rail height of your truck so your tonneau would be able to close over it.
