Troubleshooting the Greystone Induction Cook Top With an Error Code of E1

We have a greystone single byrber induction cooktop on our travel trailer. It is flashing E1. How can this be fixed?

Expert Reply:

Per the manufacturer, an E1 error code on the Greystone Induction Cooktop, # GR57FR, is caused by the cook top not getting enough voltage. It is recommended that you check the outlet or try the cook top on another outlet; this could also be caused buy a power draw, other appliances running at the same time on the same electrical circuit. If you are operating this while off grid, ensure you have enough energy in your battery bank.
