Greystone Induction Cook Top Error Code E1

Question:
What does error code E1 mean? We plug our hot plate in but get this code and can’t do anything from there.

I checked with the manufacturer and an E1 error code on the Greystone Induction Cooktop # 324-000126 is caused by the cook top not getting enough voltage. They recommended that you check the outlet or try the cook top on another outlet; this could potentially be an issue with some other appliances that are running at the same time on your RV's electrical system- so you also may want to try it with as few appliances as possible turned on and drawing power.
