If I turn this light fixtures switch on will a separate light switch such as a master or wall switch be able to control turning it on and off?

Yes, if you want to control the Gustafson RV LED Ceiling Light w/ Shade # 277-000469-499 using a wall switch you would need to have the switch on the light in the "ON" position and then you would be able to control the power running to the light via the wall switch.
