The Replacement Hardware # 21-240PK will only fit Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars # 21-24015 and # 21-24010. Unfortunately, these nerf bars are not designed to fit any 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 models (including Z71).

With that being said, there may be replacement hardware available that are designed to fit with your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 like the Replacement Mounting Hardware for Aries 4" Wide Oval Nerf Bars # AABRKT-S224046. These brackets, even though they will fit your 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 (double cab only), they will only work with Aries 4" Wide Nerf bars # AAS224046.

It is important to note that each nerf bar has specifically designed mounting hardware that will allow you to attach them to your truck. The only way to know for sure what hardware you need is by knowing the make/model of your particular bars.
