To replace the brackets on your Westin Sportsman # 45-2500 on a 2014 Ford F-150, you will need the Replacement Hardware Kit for Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 40-250PK. This will be a direct replacement and will include all hardware needed to get everything installed.
