Can I mount 3 womens bikes without adaptors or removing pedals?

The Swagman Trailhead 3 Bike Rack # S63365 rack will carry most women's bikes without need for an adapter, unless the bike has a very deep step-though frame. To attach the bikes to the rack, women's bikes will be carried at an angle that might compromise the ground clearance or place the bikes in close proximity to the vehicle exhaust pipe.
The adapter bar would span the distance between the seat post and the handlebar stem, providing a level attachment point for the rack to connect to. Swagman offers a reasonably priced adapter bar, part # 64005.
You can always add adapter bars later if you should find you need them. I have linked you to a product demonstration video showing how the adapter bar is used.
There should be no need to remove the pedals.
