Will the Curt Front Mount Hitch 31352 Fit a 2004 Ford F-150?

Question:
If the the numbers are correct, I will order one for my 2004 Ford F150 Lariat crew cab 4X4 with 2 inch lift kit. What is the distance between the bolt holes from the passenger side to the driver side? They need to be 33 inches. The distance between the bolts on each side need to be 3 inches. Also, since the tow hooks need to be removed, I assume they will bolt back into the same holes they came out of except on top of the hitch plates? Thanks a bunch

The Curt Front Mount Hitch # 31352 is specifically designed to fit F-150 Trucks from 2004 to 2008 and will measure 33-3/16 inches from the center to center of the bolts across the hitch, and then 3 inches between the first and second bolt holes, and then 3-1/8 inches between the second and third bolt holes on the frame brackets.
The tow hooks do indeed need to be removed, but will be installed again when installing the # 31352. They will actually sandwich the hitch between them and the frame of your truck and will use the existing hardware from the tow hooks.
