The Rhino-Rack 2500 Roof Rack - Square Crossbars - Naked Roofs or Fixed Mounting Points - 54" Long DS1375B comes with the 54-inch long square crossbars and the mounting towers that are compatible with your 2006 Toyota Tacoma (double cab). It also comes with a special tool that is used to install the bolts. In order to have a complete crossbar system, you need the Custom DK Fit Kit for 4 Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack Legs # DK174.
If you need a walkthrough of the installation, I went ahead and included an installation video for a 2018 Toyota Tacoma to this answer.
