I have a possible solution for you, however, the backup camera you were looking at is for Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2016-2018 models only and it will not fit your 2020 model.
Your best option for a camera that mounts on the back of your vehicle is the Rear View Safety G-Series Backup Camera System # RVS-776718-DOS. This comes with an auto-dimming mirror that will be used as a monitor. The camera can be mounted pretty much anywhere on the back of your vehicle; most people install it on the bumper or near the license plate. This will need to be wired separately from any factory-installed backup camera or monitor as it does not have a plug-and-play harness like the one you were originally looking at.
