Question:
My Saturn L-300 -Year-2003 already has to brackets attached to the vehicle which is 523114-1 of Road Master, but the EZ lock arms that you in the brackets are missing, can you just buy the 2 both sides arms or do we need to purchase another whole bracket? Thanks for your help!

Expert Reply:
The Road Master Tow Bar Base Plate Kit, part # 523118-1, fits the 2003 Saturn Ion but is not the correct kit for your L-Series. Your vehicle uses base plate kit # 523114-1.
Road Master does offer replacement EZ Lock arms separate from the entire base plate kit. These parts are considered special-order items and are not returnable. They require approximately 2 - 3 weeks lead time for production.
The part numbers are C000528 for the driver side and C000529 for the passenger side.
