The cable you mentioned of the Edge Insight CS2 Comprehensive Gauge Display # EP84030 that you mentioned essentially is how the OBD2 info is sent to the display. On one end is an HDMI plug like what you see on TVs and on the other is an OBD2 plug which plugs in under the dash.
