The first step to choosing the correct weight distribution system for your needs would be to load up the trailer as you'd have it when traveling and finding the trailer's tongue weight. I'll link to an article that shows how to do this, but the easiest way would be to use a tongue weight scale like the etrailer scale # e99044. The tongue weight figure should also include the weight of anything carried in the bed of your truck behind the rear axle.
Because travel trailers are very susceptible to trailer sway caused by crosswinds and turbulence from oncoming and passing traffic, I'd urge you to choose a system with an integrated sway control system like the Curt TruTrack. If your as-towed tongue weight is less than 800 lbs, I'd recommend the # C17499. If the tongue weight is between 800-1000 lbs, use # C17500. If the tongue weight is between 1000-1500 lbs, use # C17501.
