Will the Thule Motion XT XXL Fit My 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro?

Question:

Looking for a cargo box that will fit my Trd pro factory roof rackwithout interfering with opening the hatch. If this will not work, do you have recommendations on the largest thule cargo box that will work on the Trd pro rack?

I confirmed with Thule that the Thule Motion XT XXL # TH629906 will fit on your factory crossbars on your 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD pro. In order to confirm whether you will be able to fully open the rear hatch on your vehicle, I recommend placing your front crossbars in the maximum front position. From there, you will need to measure the distance between the center of the front crossbar to the line where the hatch and roof meet. If that measurement is at least 55 inches, you will be able to mount the Thule Motion XT XXL on your roof and open the rear hatch.

If you need an alternative cargo box, the Thule Motion XT XL Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft # TH629806 only requires 51-1/4 inches between your front crossbars and the line where the roof and the hatch meets in order to open your rear hatch. The Thule Motion XT XL comes with the same locking features as the XT XXL.
