Looking to get a trailer hitch for a 2018 Audi S4. I was searching for a 7 pin connector to allow for trailer brakes. Is there any options available? The 3500lbs capability of the stealth tow hitch would be enough for what I’m looking for. The S4 is rated for 1600lbs without brakes and 4000lbs with brakes. I will be looking for a setup to tow around 2200-2400lbs, so I would like to find a harness that would support trailer brakes. Thank you for the assistance!

We have exactly what you are looking for. I recommend going with Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit - Custom Fit - 2" # 391AUDA417T which includes not only the receiver (for accessories) and ball mount (for towing), but also the necessary trailer wiring to add a 4 way flat trailer connector to your 2018 Audi S4. You first need to install a 4 way as mentioned above and then it can be converted to 7 way.
To convert the 4 way flat to 7 way round, you will want to install Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires # ETBC7. This will give you a functional 7 way trailer connector that is wired for use with trailer brakes.
Now you will need a brake controller, and for this I highly recommend going with the easy-to-use Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 2 Axles - Proportional # C51180. It does not get any simpler than this; plug in the brake controller to your 7 way connector and use your phone as an interface to setup the controller. Your trailer just plugs into the other side of this controller. Just remember to never exceed the towing capacity of your vehicle. I attached demonstration videos for you to check out.
