My 2020 Jayco Greyhawk Prestige 30XP has no downspouts, just gutters. Will these work on it?

Yes the Camco RV Rain Gutter Spouts w/ Extensions # CAM42134 that you referenced can attach to the end of an open gutter and does not require down spouts.
