I have a great solution for you. Unfortunately, the Replacement Hardware Kit for Westin E-Series Bull Bar # 31-517PK will not fit your 2002 Honda CR-V. In addition, Westin does not make E-series bull bars for your CR-V.
With that being said, a great alternative is the Westin Safari Light Mounting Bar with Installation Kit - 2" # 30-0025-1235 (black powder coated steel) or # 30-0020-1235 (polished stainless steel). The great thing about the Westin Safari model is that it comes with a rugged-looking light bar and all hardware required for installation on your 2002 Honda CR-V.
