Which switch do you recommend with the reward battery isolators to reverse the flow and jump the dead battery should that happen?

For the override function of the Redarc Smart Start Battery Isolator with Wiring Kit - 12 Volt - 100 Amp # 331-SBI12KIT that allows you to jump start a dead starting battery with the auxiliary battery you will need a standard momentary switch like the # BDW20284.
You will wire the switch in one of the three ways shown in the included diagram.
