Does the vent come with the bug screen.Or do I have tho order separate? Is the cover tall enough to allow the fan cover to open without breaking any thing?

The bug screen is not included with the vent cover part # DMC38FR so you'd need to order that separately with the part # FVU1550BL. It is tall enough to allow a vent to open underneath it far enough that you'd get full air flow from it.
