Troubleshooting an EC Error Code On A Fogatti Tankless Water Heater

Question:

I have the Ec code after 20 seconds after I switch it on. Cant user any other buttons on the controller. I did notice that the is no gas pressure on the test port to the right of the computer board. I do have 11wc going into the unit.

The Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR has a cap inside of the gas line hookup on the unit that needs to be removed before attaching the gas line. If you're installing this unit and trying to now run it you most likely still have the gas cap on preventing gas from entering the unit. The EC error code means that it's trying to start the pilot light and isn't able to which would indicate a lack of gas pressure.
