Question:
I have checked gas flow and error code EC still comes on what else can I check.

When you are getting an "EC" error code on a Fogatti tankless water heater like your FS08B or the # LSB44FR, it is due to the pilot light trying to ignite but could not due to low gas pressure. Since you have checked the gas flow and are still getting the error code, I recommend having a licensed technician take a look at your system.
