Swagman parts are out of stock, but this is in stock and it looks very similar. Would this be a suitable replacement tray for the Swagman XTC 2?

According to Hollywood Racks, the tubing that the # HRSPRWHR replacement wheel hoops install onto measures 1-1/4 inches square, just like the Swagman # S64670, so there's no reason why the Hollywood Racks replacement hoop wouldn't work on your Swagman rack. Keep in mind, the Swagman # S64670 XTC2 bike rack has a 35 lb per bike capacity, while the capacity of the Hollywood Racks that the # HRSPRWHR wheel hoops are used on have a higher capacity. Since the hoops haven't been capacity tested on the XTC 2 rack, I'd recommend limiting the bike weight to 35 lbs each.
