The UWS Truck Bed Chest # UWS01048 is very slightly smaller than what UWS has listed in their fitguide for a 2021 GMC Sierra Denali 3500 so you shouldn't have any issues installing this tool chest in your 2021 GMC Denali 3500 dually 8ft bed. It only comes out 20" so you also won't have to worry about it interfering with your B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch either.
