Will this work with the 12V Smart Arm Awning Hardware Kit - 69inch Standard?

Yes, the Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit, 69" Arms, # LC759405 will work with the Solera 20' Black Fade RV Awning Roller and Fabric, # LCV000211517. You will also need the awning rail extrusion attached to the RV/Camper. If you are replacing components on an existing set-up this is probably in place however, if you are creating a new set-up then you will need three of the Solera Awning Rail Extrusion, # LC715216. These are 8' in length.
