What size pole with this fit on? I am looking to replace hooks on a different rack and these may work

I had our warehouse measure the Replacement Long, Ratcheting Grip Arm for Swagman Traveler, XC, and XTC 2 Bike Carriers # P188 you were looking at and the opening measures 1-3/16" x 1-3/16" as shown in the included diagram.
This is designed specifically for select Swagman Bike Racks, so I am unable to confirm if it would work on any other bike racks.
