I confirmed with my contact at Thule that the Thule Tram Ski and Snowboard Carrier Adapter for Hitch Bike Racks - 6 Pairs of Skis or 4 Boards # TH9033 is compatible with the Thule Apex XT 2 # TH9024XT. Thule said that there is a slight adjustment you need to make with removing a set of screws on the bike cradle in order to shift it back a bit. It is a simple adjustment that can be done easily.
