Although we don't offer custom slip-on mirror like the # 10300 for your Highlander, we do offer some universal fit mirrors that would work well for you.
The K-Source # KS3990 dual lens universal towing mirrors are what I most often recommend because of their unique attachment system. Mirrors of this type will typically use a buckle and strap mounting system that works fairly well, but they aren't easy to get really tight. The K-Source # KS3990 does use a strap, but the ratcheting assembly allows the mirror to be attached very tightly for minimal vibration which is important for a clear view of what's going on behind and next to you while towing. Each of the two panes on each mirror are independently adjustable for a large field of vision.
I've linked to a demonstration video where we did a test fit of the mirrors on a Highlander.
