Why is There only 2 Bike Racks for Class I Hitches for 2010 Toyota Prius

Does this bike rack exist? I have a 2010 Prius. I would like to spend as close to $300 as possible. Just tell me what to buy. Every time I’m about to buy something, I find something wrong with it. Thanks.

For your 2010 Toyota Prius there are only Class I 1-1/4 inch hitches like the Draw Tite part # 24967 and for this hitch classifications there are only 2-bike racks like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z due to the lower capacity hitch not being able to handle the additional weight and leverage of the longer bike racks.
