I reached out to Go Power, who told me the green terminals are for a toggle switch for the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter - GFCI - 400 Watt - 12V # 34282692.
They said you can add a toggle switch to turn the inverter on or off from another location, or if wired to a solenoid that opens and closes with the ignition it would turn the inverter on and off with the ignition. This would require a toggle switch and 14 or 16 gauge wire.
I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well of the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter - GFCI - 400 Watt - 12V # 34282692.
