While I do have a solution for you, there is not 1-1/4" hitch that will fit your 2007 Hyundai Veracruz. I do, however, still recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch receiver 2" # 13545 for your Veracruz.
In order to have a 1-1/4" receiver you simply need an adapter. I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter - 2" (Class III) to 1-1/4" - 4" Long # C45770 for your needs. This will allow you to use any 1-1/4" accessories you may have.
