The Derale 19" Heavy-Duty, Stainless Steel Flex Fan, Black Hub - Belt Driven - 10,000 RPM, part # D17019, is designed to work without a fan clutch. You will need a fan spacer, this takes up the space where the clutch used to be, to correctly position it in the fan shroud. The spacer that works with this Derale fan is the Derale Fan Spacer Kit for Belt-Driven Fans - 1-1/2", part # D31515.
