Does the Hitch Receiver Need to be Uninstalled to use the Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-3900?

Question:
If I install this unit on my 2021 F-350, will I be able to also install a hitch receiver on the front end in order to use on a plow or for a MaxxTow 2inch hitch carrier rack, or will the grill guard have to be removed to allow for a receiver hitch?

I confirmed with Westin that all grille guards require the front hitch to be uninstalled in order to mount/use the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate - Polished Stainless Steel # 57-3900.
